The Occupational Therapy staff at Vertex offers evaluation, consultation, and treatment for a variety of fine motor and sensory integration skills, including problems with visual perceptual skills, visual motor integration, self-care skills, and muscle and joint integrity. These impairments can be the result of developmental disorders, physical or mental illness, trauma and/or the normal processes of aging.
Our Occupational therapists also evaluate and consult with families regarding possible needs for adaptive equipment and environmental modifications at home and long term living environments.
